Hello,
What happened to this coin?
There are two big scratches on the obverse.
But the scratches are hardly visible on the raised letter H or on the ball.
Defective planchet?

I had a coin with similar problem. That was the conclusion I came up with.
I decided it was a defective coin. I don't think anyone would buy it as an error though.
