I pulled this out of a junk box today, and I must admit that it was a great find. So how would you grade this 1898 20 Sen?

Excellent find and really nice looking coin. From what I can see this coin is EF-45.

I was thinking between XF40-45. I have never seen this coin before so it is hard for me to know how well they are minted. I really like it! What is the composition? Is it very rare?
