Overused Coin Descriptors

"Vintage" - Sellers often use this to refer to older common date circulated coins that are being listed for way more than they are worth.

Looks like I got that cranky Feelin' about a half decade before you howell1018. Deep breaths help and so does OMMMMMM.

I had never seen the term "blast white" until I came to the CCF.
I use it in CCF posts because most people here in the CCF seem to have a good visual idea of what "blast white" means to them.
So I am happy to go with the majority.

With diamond grading, there several sub grades that relate to the 'white' color. (Color is one of the 4 C's)

Color grading doesn't mean anything when it comes to coins, but color does affect visual appeal in a subjective perception, and thus may affect the value.
