1776-1976 Bicentennial Error Or PMD?

1776-1976 Bicentennial error or post mint damage? I found it with my bicentennial quarters I had when I was a kid.

It appears that the left edge of the face is pushed/scraped in from left to right causing it to raise up. Reverse looks completely normal.

the one at the eyebrow could be due to a die chip, but the others look like damage, so probably all those anomalies are damage
