Hello all! Coin roll hunting and found this penny with a mark going across the "2" in "2019". Didn't know if this was considered a Cud or not, thanks in advance!

Also, any guesses on value? If not, still a cool coin!

Not a Cud. Cuds always include the rim.Maybe a struck through copper foil?

Looks like a nice strike through, but if you could post a picture with a little less glare, that would help.

Looks like a strike through for me as well. As to value, look at ebay's SOLD listings and find a similar coin.
