Why exactly does "too minor to list" exist ?
I see that as a crock of doo doo!

That's almost a, I'll punish you for looking too closely thing.

There are the folks who casually look at coins, and then you have folks who study every little ding, scratch, dent etc. ect.

So who discovers the new varieties on coins, especially on older coins where "it would've been found by now", the casual glancer, or the folks who really look/study the Die pair ?
I only CRH for my collecting.

Just a Sunday morning rant.
