If you can load a disc into it and it will take a plug-in, then it should work. It's a QX-5.

Maybe this will help, as I mentioned before there is very little demand for the types of minor doubling on our coins, just check ebay and when shows are open again. Other than a few collectors who intend to do research papers on these types of variations, these coins are just the results of normal wear and tear of the minting process. The RCM mandate is not to create a perfect MS 70 coin far from it. I see time and again at local coin club auctions were young eager collectors over pay for doubling coins as they are lumped as an error, they will soon realize they have grossly overpaid and probably turned of the hobby

In the last few weeks of the error section, a 2020 one colour toonie is presented, if real it"s really cool and roll hunting still have rewards. There still some questions regarding this coin though

@okiecoiner, ya I think it has a disc slot(not floppy disk) and USB plugs, I'd still have to obtain an us microscope though. I think there is some cheap ones out there, just been really tight on cash.
@john100, I saw the one coloured toonie and commented if it is real then that's really cool, could be a plating issue in the core or a foreign planchet. When and if I ever come across a clear obvious error I would post it. And iv leaner alot here about how there is so many minor DD errors on every coin that are not collectable errors and very common. Iv still yet to spot a die crack, I know cudds can hold some value as well as miss aligned die and off struck coins and rotated dies, but only if sever enough. And I'm looking for all of these things on every coin.
Some times I get in a mind set and I flip through coins looking for a specific error rather then studying each coin for all possible errors but it's hard to use my phone for such "fine" searching for a long period.

The Digital Blue QX5 IS a microscope. All you have to do is hook it up and working. I have no use for it any more. We can meet somewhere here in Burlington.

Your offering it to me? I could meet up and I'd happily take it. I'd just have to arrange a day.
