IMO, another harshly cleaned coin (evidenced by the many straight hairline scratches - especially visible on obverse). I'm thinking another "AU Details" coin. An "Improperly Cleaned" label is also likely.

Another damaged coin alas. Harshly cleaned indeed.

Still - a genuine example of our nations first commemorative coin, so in that regard a treasure to hold.
