I am reasonably certain that it is not an official counterstamp!

An interesting keeper anyway, bit somewhat of a pity that the counterstamp has considerably devalued such a nice coin.

Somewhat ironic that "Oh, Golly" pretty well sums up ones thoughts when seeing the coin devalued by the counterstamp.
