I am clueless about these Iranian banknotes and google translate can't read curved text so I don't know what they say but hopefully someone here will know about them. Thanks.

These are 1985 issue 100 rial notes, but all appear to be overprinted on the obverse side. Will wait for the experts to chime in on this...

Those overprints are not official. The only official overprints were when the Shah was deposed and the notes were overprinted with Islamic Revolutionary Text.

These over prints are Islamic Revolutionary Text but definitely printed by a third party. Most likely locally printed. Perhaps as souvenirs for pilgrims from Iraq.
