Belonged to parents who lived in Istria (and Trieste) between WWI and WWII. Nonmagnetic, malleable, weight 9 g, diameter 1 inch, about 1/8 inch thick. Have two of them (pics are both sides of one of them). TIA

Looks like a lead curtain weight. they are sewn into the corners of curtains to keep them down when the wind is blowing.

Thanks BM. Googled "lead curtain weight 3" and that's what they are. My mother would definitely have used them

My mother was a seamstress who ran a drapery shop. these weights were part of many of my childhood toys.
