Hi All,

Can anyone help me with this one?

The rim is the first thing that is abnormal on this coin. It is much larger than a normal $1 coin.

Is this a known error/ variety? If so whats the name for it?

Would appreciate any help, thanks.

Regards,
lars

Looks to me like a "Tilted Partial Collar...

Check it out with this 1995 one I have in my collection.

Reverse

Take note of the partial reeding on the coin where one side is reeded and the other is smooth.

Sorry for the high resolution photos....[:p]
