Also, post each item as a separate thread. It make replies less confusing.

First is a badge or similar from the 15th Regiment of North Auckland Company.

Second appears to be a German WW2 Iron cross.

Your historic items appear to have environmental damage; this, possibly from having been in the ground? I'd humbly suggest that you give them an acetone bath and/or take other steps to ward off further corrosion. I speak as someone with an eye to conserving artifacts for future collectors.
