is rare this coin or not?

It's not rare, it's not even a coin :D

Holed Maundy 4 pence - value = BV

So why isn't it a coin? You can use it for 4 new pence can't you?

It's a coin. Not intended for circulation and worth slightly more than bullion.

No not really, and if it hadn't been punched through it would've been worth considerably more than fourpence.

I don't think Britain ever produced coin with holes in them, maybe if it was Australian?...heh
