Welcome, @TKZ.

I'll share a thought on the second coin, and hope some others out here can build on it.
I think the portrait is that of Philip II of Spain, who is also shown on coins of many other places, including the Italian states that were under Hapsburg rule, Low Countries, etc.
The figure on the reverse could be a standing saint.
This makes me think of 16th c. Milan, where St AMbrose is often on the coins, but when I look in CNI for a small coin of Philip, I cannot find a match which has this combination, (also a legend obv which has CV or GV below the bust visible on your coin).
