I saw this picture and noticed the denticles appear more square-ish than what I'm used to seeing. So I was wondering if this is a circulated proof. thanks in advance.

Reverse pic added: Note it has rotated dies like many of the proofs.

Anywhere from VF-25 to VF-35 . I don't believe it's an Impaired Proof .

There were about 100 proofs from this year made with rotated dies of around 170 degrees CW. It would be quite a coincidence for a non proof to be similarly rotated, but not impossible.

It could be, but there would not be any added value to it if it was proven to be a proof.
