It's either an Ottoman Empire coin, or imitation of one - there's not enough detail left for me to tell the difference. I can't see a mint-name to tell you which part of the Empire it came from... all I can make out for sure is the Arabic word "fi" (meaning "in"), from the phrase "struck in [city name]".

Imitation Ottoman coins, holed in the same way yours is, are common fashion accessories in the Middle East.
