I'm thinking AU-50 as well. Very little wear (maybe a little more on the obv than the rev?) and some fairly clear signs of mint frost...

By US grading standards I'd say AU-53 or -50.
By Canadian standards I'd say XF-45.

EF 40. Both lion and unicorn thigh are flat spotted from wear.
