Hi,

I was going through some old photographs and came across one that shows a medal, but I have no idea what it is. Any help identifying it (if it is indeed a medal) would be greatly appreciated!

The photo was taken in 1936 in Croydon, London. It shows 2 women, and at least one of them is an Irish-woman (not the one with the medal).
Any-Ideas-On-What-Medal-This-Is?
