This 1978 quarter has what I think is a die break? On the T in LIBERTY. There is also some possible doubling just under that on back of his head but I have had zero luck getting a good picture.

Any-Thoughts-On-This-1978?

Looks like a piece of the rim has been sliced and pushed over.
In any case , it is PMD as it could not have happened during the
striking of the coin.
