Strange Toning And Texture On This 1982 Copper Cent

Here is some close up shots to show the "texture", it kind of looks like a fairly worn die, it looks like die scratches or something through the top of the stairs.

Ill have to look for a similar condition 1982 copper cent, it definitely does not look like any of my other "shiny American cents" maybe I just don't have a copper cent in nice enough shape so this one stands out to me. But the texture is also weird to me, there seems to be a lot of die wear and the portrait has a very smudged looking texture in the hair and on most of the devices, that's why I was thinking maybe a weak strike or really worn die, possibly something else. The 2 in the date looks really big on the bottom but I don't see any contact marks that could have pushed or flattened the metal in that area. Most of the detailing looks bad to me even when comparing it to well circulated coins.

Here is a close up on the 2, there is a few dings but I don't see anything that could have made it so thick, not just the bottom the entire 2 is huge. Also the "texture of the coin looks off in my scope as well.


And when I say texture, many of the devices seem too look like this.

circulation flattening .. it is close to the edge , so I gets worn down first..

It does not look that circulated at all to me.

Edit: simply look at the full shot coin photos I originally posted. Circulation does not seem to be the culprit. It's almostt 30 years old. Idk though you could be correct about the 4, it could also just be a nice coin with a really worn die. The 4 is not really my main focus either, I get the outer most devices will wear faster. But it still does not look like just a worn coin to me.
