on point for strike for this year with most showing above average strikes. luster looks pretty good. lighting could be a factor as the coin appears to have some hazy areas so its hard to tell. that would reduce the grade for eye appeal imo. not sure whats going on around the MM area. could be a reflection or fingerprint and the marks on the chin could hold this one to MS63 which is very common for GSA's
