Excellent pictures make it easy to grade, despite the toning.
The wear is easy to identify, where the toning has been rubbed on the high points of the design, both sides.
AU-50.

I think AU-50 sounds right.

OBV3
At least AU58
What appears as wear may be just the result of uneven toning whie inside an envelope or similar.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Nice coin but what about the rather large scratch running across the Queens cheek and up through her ear and beyond.

Cheers, Bill

Toned coins can fool you, I have a few that thought would have graded higher but like Bill has mentioned on your coin that is hard to see until pointed out. That was the same in my coins some scratches blend into the tone and hide. Still a very nice coin

One of the difficulties with grading heavily toned or patinated coins is that tiny nick and hairlines can be hard to find, and even more so when looking at on screen pictures.

OP's excellent photography is a notable exception. Almost all ebay sellers never get near this level of excellence. A professional coin dealer with a good photographic setup may do.

It really helps the grader if the coin can be examined in hand with a 10X loupe, under point light conditions, just as the TPGraders do.

I'm voting for a higher AU grade as well. The full split in those laurel leaves is above AU-50 imo... The reverse is surely AU-58. The obverse I see a little wear around the eye and maybe the descending portion of the braid.

Very nice coin!
