1956 D Penny With Wavy Strike? Help ID Please

It is a 1956 d with a tilted dd mint mark, but I cannot find any info as to why the type would be wavy/split in the e pluribus unum. It looks as if it's got issues in liberty as well. Pics attached (I hope), thanks in advance for helping! Eta- the pics are in my profile I guess?!? Is there a way I add them here, or...
