Beside the Statue's Right leg, it appears to have an anomaly, possibly a die chip? Thanks in advance!

This looks like an extremely minor doubled die reverse to me. There seem to be two known 1998 " Wide AM" dies that also feature a DDR, this isn't either of them. I think it's a new discovery. Nice find!
