Is this a valid off-center LC strike? If so, how much more %wise would its presence add to the value of an N-6 variety which I attributed this coin to be? The grade is whatever the grading forum indicates.

1817 N-7 late die stage with a nice mouse on top of the head, corroded, rim damage, not off-center.
