I believe this is an AE Follis of Constantine X (Ducas) 1059-1067 Sear # 1853. Christ standing facing on footstool, wearing nimbus holding book of gospels with IC XC in the field. On the reverse is Eudocia (left) and Constantine (right) holding between them a labarum with a cross resting a three steps.
