Had a customer give this to me wondering if they had the right idea or not in getting rid of it. The biggest thing is the reeded edge on this coin it feels and looks funky as all heck, all the reeding is there it's just not pronounced OR worn as I'd expect definitely odd for sure. I'd be glad to hear some thoughts *the last photo with it on the scale shows best the funkiness on the reeded edge

Looks like a coin with wear, damage and some staining.
It didn't look like that when it was struck.

I agree with JimmyD above, some post mint damage wear, and maybe some staining/discolouration or toning? No premium I'd afraid.
