Not sure if this is the area for general questions but if its not please forgive me. Since I am a newbie on this site and new to coin type discussions... I have been seeing tons of acronyms in the discussions particularly in the coin error sections. Is there a guide to these acronyms that I can get or a book that explains what they all are? I feel like I have entered the military there are so many...example is DDR what does that mean another one is MM and many many more. Just trying to get educated so I can understand what everyone is saying.

The coin community forum features a Numismatic Glossary that describes acronyms and word definitions. Some words automatically light up blue and will teleport you to the definitions page if you click on it.

Since I am using my phone, and hunting through the website is a bit confusing on a small screen, I just searched "coin community numismatic glossary" on my browser and it was the first link listed.
