ive looked on different sites and idk what these coins are considered? are they proof like or specimen?

Gold coin sets like yours are specimen strike.
Silver medallion sets are prooflike strikes.
Pliofilm sets are also prooflike.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

okay awesome. just asking is there any easy to see what the difference between specimen and PL without knowing what set they came out of?

Unfortunately there is no easy way.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
