Ok. Just got another cap and rays on today's mail call.

What I noticed immediately was when examined closely the edge details, I only have 1 overlap. The exact opposite area seems to have none... which as far as I can conclude based on the attached pictures.

What do you all think? I have tested using ping test from apps including having thickness, weight and diameter checks done and so far all parameters are okay. Nothing suspicious to point that it is a fake coin but looking at the edge details gives me the doubt.

So if it is a genuine silver why would someone waste their time for restrike? This is just a Zs 1876 JA.... Plus I got it real cheap very close to melt price.

Overlap that I've found...

So today I carried out specific gravity test using a scale and a very thin thread (with the weight already minused off). The scale has accuracy of plus minus 0.01 with the calibration certificate of the scale still valid.

This is what I got.
Weight=26.70
Volume=2.59
SG=10.308

Anyone any comment with one overlap and yet this coin fulfills the specific gravity test.
