To the CCF

First, this is the Canadian Forum, have asked a mod to move it.
Second, what you have is PMD. (Post Minting Damage)
Something like that could not happen during the striking of the coin.
Also suggest if you are going to collect error coins, go on a website to learn how coins are minted,
this is the only time an error can occur anything that happens after that is damage.
Also by going on a site such as error-ref.com, you will see what actual errors are.
