What kind of case is it in? Both sides look like a mild cameo to me going with those pics.It almost looks like an impaired proof or a LDS proof? John1

Wow an impaired cameo proof ,but it could be the holder causing all that chatter . If that coin is not in a TPG slab then I recommend you break it out and retake your photos .

The coin is in a plastic set with the rest of the coins. But I think the chatter you see is mainly on the plastic and it has a lot of milk spots and is quite some odd toning that the picture makes it look like marks. From in person and seeing photograph I don't see any problems with it. But it's defiantly does not have the nicest eye appeal.

The reason we asked what kind of holder it is in is some holders can be opened and then you can take pics of the coin without the holder getting in the way.Can the coin be removed from your set? John1

I think I can remove it but idk if I can get it back on. It's looks to be sealed by 4 plastic screws and some adhesive.

Obverse is Cameo , not the reverse . Also there are light environmental issues that are easily corrected . That type of haze can safely be removed by proper restorative methods ( no rubbing or harsh cleaning) .

Quote: It's looks to be sealed by 4 plastic screws and some adhesive. Sounds like a Capital plastic holder not likely to be sealed in adhesive . Just unscrew the screws and open the holder . Don't try to conserve a proof coin unless you know what your doing . Give the entire plastic holder a cleaning with plastic scratch remover sold by Wizard coin supply co. or an auto parts store . Retake your photos then put coin back in holder .

standard coin dip can take care of haze. Obviously you have to be careful, but it does work.

No need to use coin dip , which I would NEVER use! Haze off of proof silver and Copper nickel coins is easy ! NO need to make NCS restoration services rich .
