Rainy Saturday so getting a chance to run another bunch of circulated wheats under the loupe. Mostly minor stuff, but I've always been fond of this DDO so posting one I just pulled out of the bag.

I've always figured this one must be rather rare, as it's quite obvious when you look at the coin, yet is die 14, right before die 15 which is one I got listed just a few years ago. How could something that strong be unlisted for so long unless fairly tough to find?

Very nice! Strong one, I agree. A lot of the underrated varieties seem to be rarer than the big ones, but maybe because everyone is looking for the big ones more often than the others.
