My concern is the way the pix
is cut off at the NGC logo on the rev.

The seller has been around a while lots of satisfied customers I suspect if there were a problem with his merchandise it would reflect in his feedback. He also seems to specialize in ancients. The other few auctions I checked have similarly cropped images. As for the coin itself I have no knowledge so I would not buy for that reason only. Nothing else about the auction strikes me as odd.
