Looks to be a jeton, French or German, 16th century.

It would indeed be nice if the OP provided a second photo. Based on the reverse design (floriate tripe cross with + A V E in the angles of the quadrilobe), it could be this one from Flanders as sugested by erafjel: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=1224654

A different obverse could indicate Tournai, which had similar reverse designs.
