The best test to see if it is a match would be a location match on your coin and the RPM to see if they are a match. Then you know for sure it is the same die?

That is great advice Coop. What is the established method or reference material on mintmark locations? I know that you do it all the time but some of us do not know the process especially without a computer and cool software.
Perhaps you could work yor magic and provide the graphics for this example. How is positioning MM acomplished without the high speed equipment not available to all?
It looks like a match to me. And regardless of the suspected MD @ the lower serif,( which could be debatable), I commend the OP for recognizing this possible RPM. I say good eye. It is a good find if D/D/D. Regardless of MD.
However, I am more often wrong than right, but only trying to create some debate during this learning process.
I have followed many threads here where the majority opinion has proved to be erroneous.
The OP is looking some form of encouragement which I believed is deserved. Not "Yes you might have something, but in my opinion, is worthless".
Can someone position the mintmark here. Then the answer should be definitive.

Thanks Dowhat! I appreciate the encouragement! I have tried to find a pic of the correct MM location of that particular RPM and I could not.
