its exactly like that except the back only has one star instead of 3 and ours is gold.

At first I asked if anyone knew where it was from but I found out after looking on the worldcoin gallery :).

any more info would be awesome.

I would say it's from Turkey, not Egypt. Dated approx 1912 in western calendar (1327 on reverse plus 4 on the obverse equals AH1331) Denomination and therefore value depends on the size.

If you let me know the diameter of the coin I can tell you more.

Its 16mm across,about 1mm thick.
They both look similar,the turkish ones looks more like it.

At 16mm I would say it is a 25 Kurus (should be 15mm) This was made from .917 fine gold and should weigh 1.804g giving it an AGW of 0.0532 oz There were 338,172 minted that year.

Because the value of gold varies daily it's hard to put a numismatic value on it. However in that condition it is probably not worth much more than bullion value.
