The musical instruments on one side suggest (IMHO) admission to a concert or vaudeville venue, or perhaps this token was used to play nickelodeons in an arcade. The devices are "stock images" -- in other words so generic as to make solid identification virtually impossible in the absence of any other clues. Keep us posted, please!
