The "B" of the word BORNEO is filled. I don't see anyone would have any purpose to do it. Could it be an error coin and if so what's the type of error it is?

That looks like a broken post of the B, where that part of the die broke away.

Agree, just a Die Chip caused by a Broken Post.
Not really considered an error as every coin struck with that die would
have that chip until they replaced the die.
