Overall its about 40mm, the inner round is about 29mm. The last Year of the Rabbit was 2011, I think. I do not know if it is a coin, medal, token, casino chip, or what. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Hmmm... I cannot see any numerical characters. Some of the text relates to warmth and tenderness so am thinking these are the qualities of a person born in the year of the rabbit. In short, not a coin but some kind of charm or token.

you can also try previous cycle year 1999 for the rabbit, try hong kong, taiwan, singapore. It unlikely to be PBoC issued as that need official standard Chinese.
