I've been here for awhile now and I'm addicted to Canadian large cents.
I started late in life with coins. When my mom passed away last year I inherited her small collection. I sold off the RCM stuff right away thinking that I had no intention of keeping anything. There were a couple of albums of cents (large and small) and another of 5 cents. I knew that some of these were also passed down from my grandfather. Instead of letting these go I have been slowly filling spots.

Filled the 5 cent 1922-present circulated while getting the odd large cent.
Canadian large cent folks know this can be a deep rabbit hole. Varieties got a hold of me and that is my main focus now.

Big thank you to all the wonderful people on here that help and teach us everyday even when you have seen the same questions hundreds of times.
Know that you are appreciated by the old guy in northern B.C.

Nice to see another Canuck here. I have done a bit of fieldwork in NE BC, near Pink Mountain.

Pink Mountain is just up the road. A lot of my work is in that neck of the woods

Most of my coins are Canadian, but as a silver stacker, I prefer fish scales to Canadian V's and eager Beavers any day of the week... and have accumulated a fair number of them. Some are even numismatic grade... I think.
