I just picked this up. The obverse has some rough areas, including the rim. But still has some robe details. I think the reverse is pretty nice.

Looks xf40 but it has significant surface issues that might details it. The fragile raised date appears to be mostly there.

VF details (cleaned, poorly re-toned). Could the 8 in the date be tooled?

If I really had to grade this coin then my call would be
G-06 obverse VF-25 reverse Details , surface issues .
