1981 Strike Threw? I'm Not Really Sure But Still New To This.

Over 60 weat pennies. One absolutely beautiful 2011 Canadian penny. The prettiest coin I've ever seen. This one is the most puzzling to me though. Someone probably did this to this coin but I would really like to figure out what is stamped on it. Give me your thoughts. Report this Post to the Staff
