I don't see and significant errors, I wanted to know if y'all think this cleaned or what and mint state.
Let me know what you think.

This one is looking better than the last couple you posted... Although that large spot on the obverse is kind of concerning.

There are a lot of '38-Ds our there, so maybe you should invest in one that is TPG graded?

You mean the spot by the buffalo nose area? Seems a scratch a smudge, if a coin doesn't have any errors or seem cleaned. At a low price I'll buy, get it graded and sell. The main reason I looked at it because the bid price is low at 6 and the bid is almost over.
Thanks for the information, but I'll probably pass on it anyway.

Agree, buy a slabbed one that appeals.

I mean the darker area on the Indian's head-it might just be a shadow

Just my 2 cents and no offense meant. Pump the brakes. This one doesn't look messed with to me, from these pics, but the last few have had issues. If you were to buy this coin , IMO MS64/65 tops, and pay to have it graded, you could not sell it without losing money, no matter what price you potentially pay for it. Really study the series, get good at grading them, then play that game. But to each their own.
