If it's the same coin from the thread that NumismaticsFTW linked above then I don't see it grading 70 at a reputable TPG. I can clearly see numerous imperfections in the fields even from those relatively small photos.

Agreed, from here I would grade it no less than MS67, though more likely a 68. It does not justify a 69 much less a 70.

For the record I couldn't care less if it is 69 or 70 other than the fact that it's worth 13,500 dollars in ms70 and about 55 in ms69 so if that isn't motivation enough to try and locate an ms70 then I guess you're just rich and don't care about money and that's fine good for you. Me however am not that fortunate so when I discover I have a coin that potentially could be worth 13/30k pardon me for getting a little excited. In regards to already making a post about this coin , wrong again. That was for a different 99 eagle I'll post both to prove that. I mean how do all of you coin gurus not realize how valuable the 99 silver eagle at ms70 in regular business bullion is? I feel like it should be pretty evident why I'd be so concerned over this but apparently not? Pics will be posted momentarily

The coin with the light. Blue card is the new one I was inquiring about on this post and the darker blue was the one for that post .

It most likely is the lighting but neither looks 70 to me. Best of luck with your submission.

Lol, I wish I was rich. As for me, given that I've worked for a coin dealer for nearly 5 years, I'm pretty sure I know what it's worth, which would be a lot. HOWEVER, your coin is NOT an MS-70, as previously stated, I feel it's a 68 at best. If you really want to prove us wrong, give it a shot, but I can promise you it's a losing endeavor. I've subbed a lot of coins, and I mean a lot and my record of getting things right has been particularly good.

If you're going to submit these coin(s) to PCGS or NGC. Good luck!
