Without my Krause catalog handy, I can still say it is a coin from Thailand, probably silver, and at least older than the 1920s to my eyes...

I agree that it has the appearance of a coin from Thailand.

It is a 2 att coin from Thailand produced somewhere between 1887 and 1904.
Noy knowledgeable enough to make out the date.

The date is in Thai numerals at the bottom of the reverse, below the seated figure: "109". This is in the old "Bangkok Era" calendar, where Year 1 is reckoned as the founding of Bangkok in 1782. Therefore, add 1781 to this year to get the AD equivalent: 1890.
