1960 D LMC Struck Through Foil And Lamination?

At first I thought this was PMD because of the lighting of my microscope, but further inspection made me think it could be something else.

There are two spots, one more flakey, while the other seems to be a glob of smushed metal.

What do you all think? Thanks!

Would you say that the two spots are one in the same? As in the upper spot is a common lamination, while the lower spot near the date is a lamination that's still slightly attached?

It is all part of the same. If you look carefully you can see all the small cracks or laminations.
