Looks MS-65ish to me, but not full split bands. Pretty coin !

I don't think I have a right to grade anything at this time. However, I'm very skeptical of the scratches on the reverse.

Pretty sure these scratches are on the holder.

Sure is a purdy dime. More than a 65 to me. Scratches may be on the holder. Agreed - not FSB.

I'm not sure how to dictate that, but I trust you.

I can't put a accurate grade from these photos, so somewhere between MS-62 to 64.

To bad it's not a FSB coin. Makes the difference in massive value.

It's very possible that all those scratches are on the slab . So I'll say MS-65+ .

I don't agree with ms 67 on this. Although, the scratches on the holder could be hiding a lot.

Grading is subjective and pictures blown out can some time make grading harder.
