Series of hits in the hair, a few carbon spots as well on the obverse, lighting masks a little of it. Luster isn't quite as strong in this one, MS65

I've seen other 38D's exhibiting what looks like some porosity on the obv die. full luster on this one and nicely struck up. MS65 probably 66
